A client/server application for Monitoring Agriculture through Remote Sensing, designed to technically support the management and disbursement of the funds provided within the scope of the CAP (Common Agricultural Policy)
From a functional point of view, DigiCONT may be used at any stage of the Control with Remote Sensing – photointerpretation, preparing documents for rapid field visits, collecting information in the field or consulting with farmers.

Its functions include:

• Computer-assisted photointerpretation of both mono and multi-temporal Digital Aerial Photographs and Satellite Images;
• Collection of graphic and alphanumeric information relative to the areas being monitored;
• Classifying and validating selected files;
• Associating panoramic photographs;
• Managing digitised documents;
• Preparing monitoring reports and graphic outputs;
• Sharing graphic and alphanumeric databases in multi-user environments;
• Importing and exporting alphanumeric and graphic data.

DigiCONT keeps a record of all the operations performed, their respective dates and the identification of the users who performed them. This information may be used to audit the quality of the work.
